State of Montana v. “Doe” - Client was charged with DUI after being found passed out on street in front of Highway Patrol Office, and arrested/charged with DUI. At trial, it was demonstrated from client's doctors that he suffered from a blood sugar disorder, that triggered epileptic seizures. Jury Verdict of Not Guilty. 2010
